Coda is a residential care centre in Wuustwezel that recently renovated an entire boiler room. For this renovation, they chose a building management system based on Siemens Synco 700.

Why is this project so special?

The HVAC system for this centre operates 24/24h and 7/7d.

Installing Siemens Synco 700 controllers allows the plant to be energy-efficient.

The Synco 700 web management allows the user to easily adjust the temperature settings.

Project description:

Boiler cascade by Vaillant controlled by Siemens RMH760B controller with modulating signal in function of secondary heat demand.

Heat production 1-2 is provided: sanitary production with Legionella control, circle of radiators for hospice, circle of radiators for day-care centre weather-dependent with ECO function.

Heat production 3-4 supplies: underfloor heating for hospice and daycare centre. Ventilation on constant air flow with air quality control for the day care centre,

Two WTW ventilation units with their own control, clock controlled from the Siemens RMS705 controller.

Building management system with Siemens OZW772 web server with "Cloud platform": operated by the technical department of AZ Klina.
