Project description:

The HVAC installation was completely renewed hydraulically and in terms of control in order to achieve the lowest possible energy consumption.

• Installation of new electric panels
• Installation of new Siemens Desigo PX control equipment

Heat production: Cascade of 2 Viessmann boilers with bacnet/ip connection

Domestic hot water production: Ygnis boiler charging 2 buffer tanks

Heating Substations: Weather-dependent control of circuits with room optimisation

Air groups: are equipped with temperature, humidity and air quality controls

Fan heaters: temperature control for loading/unloading areas

Musical instrument storage rooms: constant temperature and humidity control

Building management system Desigo CC: number of licence points 3000

Technical alarms: logging of all alarms, forwarding of critical alarms to external company

Energy recording: weekly reporting via email of electricity and HVAC calorie measurements
