The 'Waterfront' project is giving Waregem a new skyline with offices, residential towers and a hotel section. For the HVAC part, the combined forces of ATS Group and its subsidiaries were called upon.

The main challenges with this project were its size and the short time frame in which everything had to be realised. This required a large team of skilled technicians all working at the same time.

And that is precisely where the group's strength lies: in the 'Waterfront' project, ATS Group realised many techniques together with its subsidiaries Gezel and Naessens HVAC and the Smart Building Solutions department. The cooperation between these specialists guarantees buildings with a focus on energy-efficient techniques.
