The multi-story bank office, consisting of 20 consulting offices, a lobby, an open-plan office, etc.,
, has been controlled since 2003 by a "DDC PRU2.64 station" with Desigo RXC LON bus controllers.

Heating is provided by a condensing boiler controlled by 0-10V. Cooling, chiller, fan coil units, and ventilation are provided by two air handling units.

Due to the expansion of the office, it was decided to replace the existing control equipment and convert to the Synco 700 range with KNX controllers.

Project description:

• The conversion of the existing PRU control equipment in the HVAC panel.
• Replacing all QAX room controls.
• Installation of the RDG200KN with touch control per consulting office.
• Replacing all servo motors per fan coil unit.

• The clock programs, temperature settings, and heating curves can be adjusted "locally" using the RMZ791 control panel in the HVAC panel.
