The Oscar Romero College in Dendermonde has decided to renovate the boiler room at Campus Van Duyse. For this renovation, a building management system based on Siemens Synco 700 was chosen.

Project description:

The renovation of the boiler room together with Siemens Synco 700 control equipment and a BMS system.

By also choosing the Siemens OZW772 web server, the user can now also manage the system via the "Cloud platform".

This school group with boiler rooms and buildings in various geographical locations is accessible through a single platform (SYNCO IC).

Why is this project special?

The heat production provides 3 circuits that are controlled depending on the weather with "optimisation" and ECO function.... In other words, energy-efficient. (RMH760B)

The timer programmes, temperature settings and heating curves can be adjusted "locally" using the RMZ791 control panel in the HVAC board.

The parameters can also be adjusted remotely via the web server. In case of a malfunction of the installation, a notification (e-mail) is sent to the technical service.
