Activity Spoor2 Hamme
Spoor2 is a customised work company. This means that they give opportunities to people who cannot find a job in the regular labour market. They train them, teach them teamwork and give them a work rhythm. The aim is to have their employees move on to the regular economy.
Spoor2 believes that people should be given opportunities. Also a second chance if necessary. Hence their slogan: "Daring, doing and growing".
Project description:
The building services are controlled via Synco IC from Siemens.
Synco IC is a web-based access system for easy and secure operation and monitoring of the plant, either on site or remotely.
The room temperature is controlled by an RDG160KN thermostat on KNX and switches to safe operation when a window is opened, so as not to waste energy.
The heat and cold supply is provided by a heat pump with a +/- buffer storage.
Fresh air is provided by air groups with recuperation and DX-battery/heat pump that heat or cool air at a base temperature.
The night cooling system cools the building during hot periods by not consuming any energy, but by opening windows and shutters.
Heat pump boilers provide the hot water.
